Comments on the Proposed Rule, Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for FY 2004 (69 Federal Register 4685, February 2, 2004) - RIN 3150-AH37 Duke Energy Corporation (Duke) hereby fully endorses the industry comments provided by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) in its March 3, 2004, letter on the subject proposed rule. Duke is the owner/operator of seven operating nuclear power plants that are subject to the regulations affected by the subject proposed rule, and consequently has a significant interest in the effects that would be caused by its implementation.
