02/09/04 0805 Commenced Unit shutdown for Cycle 13 Refueling Outage.
02/09/04 1215 Manually tripped Main Turbine, Generator, and Reactor from approximately 18% Reactor Power. Unit entered Mode 3.
02/09/04 1744 Unit entered Mode 4.
02/10/04 0246 Unit entered Mode 5.
02/16/04 1152 Unit entered Mode 6.
02/28/04 1357 Core off load completed. Reactor fully defueled.
02/29/04 2400 Unit defueled.

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR THE MONTH Date Time 02/01/04 0000 Unit in Mode I at reduced power. Unit startup and power ascension in progress following shutdown to repair a minor leak in the Chemical and Volume Control System.
02/02/04 0500 Unit returned to essentially full power.
