I would like to compliment you on the choice of Mr. S. K. Mitra as Project Manager for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, license renewal effort. Mr. Mitra has been very professional. He has worked tirelessly to keep both the NRC and the utility communicating effectively so that the differences could be understood and appropriately addressed. He also did an excellent job of keeping the project on schedule by keeping both parties focused on getting the key task done on time.
