The letter requested the examinations and supporting reference material identified in Attachment 2 of ES-20 1, Initial Licensing Examination Process; Examination Security be furnished by November 3,2003. In a November 4,2003 telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. Tim Cassidy, Operations Training Supervisor, the date was extended to November 10,2003.
