Re: Scheduling Order in Duke/Catawba Proceeding Judge Young, I will make every effort to attend this status conference, however, the weather service is warning of heavy wet snow in the mountains tonight. It is not unusual under those circumstances to loose phone service. In that event, I will not be attending.
