NRC/NRRIDLPM - Chief, Section 1, Project Directorate 11 (4/02 to present)
Supervise the activities of project managers and administrative staff for 9 power reactor sites In Region II. Lead special projects on reactorvessel head replacements, technical specification audits, mixed oxide fuels, safeguards and security, and other technical and policy issues.
NRC/NRRIDRIP - Acting Chief of Policy and Rulemaking Section B of RPRP (12101 to 4102)
Oversaw the activities of the staff responsible for rulemaking activities.
NRC/NRR/DRIP - Acting Chief of the Engineering Section of RLSB (10/01 to 12/01)
Oversaw the activities of the technical staff responsible forthe development and maintenance of the Generic Aging Lessons Learned Report and the Standard Review Plan for License Renewal.

Developed the revised construction inspection program. Technical monitor for the contract with a national lab. A principal in the review of the Towers Perrin Report. A principal in the review of the Public Citizen Report.
NRC Region I - Oyster Creek Resident Inspector/Reactor Engineer (9/89 to 4/93)
Interacted with all levels of licensee organization, members of the public, the press, and local and State officials. Observed licensee performance over two operating cycles. Supported development of two reactor engineers assigned to Oyster Creek. Participated in inspection of Region I power reactor sites.
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - Refueling Engineer/Test Engineer (7/84 to 9/89)
Directed all activities for refueling Naval nuclear reactors on 6 projects. Coordinated efforts of quality control, health physics, engineering support, and production personnel. Coordinated personnel, verified system configuration and test equipment installation. Performed system testing undercritical, pre-critical, hot and cold operations, and post-maintenance conditions.
