01/24/04 1222 Commenced Unit 3 shutdown to repair a minor leak in the Chemical and Volume Control System (CVCS) inside the containment building.

01/24/04 1956 Manually tripped Main Turbine and Generator. Unit offline.

01/24/04 1958 Manually tripped Reactor from approximately 15% power. Unit entered Mode 3.

01/25/04 0920 Unit entered Mode 4.
