TEMPORARY CHANGE IN PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT

This is to inform you that, effective February 15, 2004, Mr. Allen Howe, Section Chief, Project Directorate II, Section 2 (PDII-2), will be out of the office on temporary assignment. On February 15 through 21, 2004, Mr. Michael Marshall will be the acting Section Chief, PDII-2, and can be reached at 301-415-2734. Beginning February 22, 2004, Mr. William Butch Burton will be acting Section Chief, PDII-2, and can be reached at 301-415-1485.
