Today I made arrangements to purchase a copy of the transcript of the January 21, 2004, oral argument regarding security issues in the Catawba LTA case. The person I spoke to at Neal Gross and Co. said that it has now been arranged that Neal Gross and Co. can give me a copy of the transcript directly, rather than asking the ASLB to send it to me.
Because this is a different approach than is described in your correspondence with Cynthia Harbaugh, I am writing to ask you to confirm that it is permissible for me to get the transcript directly from Neal Gross and Co.
