January 30, 2004 Mr. Jeffrey S. Forbes Site Vice President Arkansas Nuclear One Entergy Operations, Inc 1448 S. R. 333 Russellville, AR 72801

SUBJECT:

CORRECTION OF LICENSE AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT 1 (ANO-1) (TAC NO. MC0958)

Dear Mr. Forbes:

The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review of the license and technical specifications (TSs) for the subject plant. The NRC is conducting a comparison of its license authority files to licensees records to ensure errors in licenses and TSs are identified and corrected for all units.

I have completed the comparison of the NRCs license authority file and your records to determine whether corrections were necessary. There were no changes required to your records. Should you have any questions or comments, please contact Mr. Thomas Alexion at (301) 415-1326.

Sincerely,

/RA/
