OF THE DECEMBER 19, 2003, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF RESTART READINESS ASSESSMENT TEAM INSPECTION AND THE MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN PERFORMANCE TEAM INSPECTION On December 19, 2003, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public meeting at the Davis-Besse Administration Building in Oak Harbor, Ohio. The meeting was between the NRC Davis-Besse Oversight Panel, Restart Readiness Assessment Inspection Team, Management and Human Performance Inspection Team, and FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) to discuss the results of the Restart Readiness Assessment Team Inspection and the Management and Human Performance Team Inspection. The letter of notification, meeting notice and transcript, can be found in ADAMS as ML033500281, ML033500297, and ML040230201, respectively. A list of NRC and licensee meeting participants can be found in the attached Enclosure.
