Re: Filing in Catawba-LTA Case All -- Just to inform you that due to unexpected scheduling conflicts, NIRS will not be represented on Thursday the 15th in Charlotte. This does not indicate our withdrawal from the case. Since we do not have any oral arguments scheduled, we request that our absence be without prejudice.
