1/21/04 argument in Catawba LTA proceeding
Dear Antonio and Susan,
During the upcoming argument on January 21 regarding BREDLs motion for a need to know determination and extension of the deadline for filing contentions, Dr. Lyman and I will need to have a a copy of Dukes security plan revisions and exemption request, so that we can respond effectively to arguments and questions regarding BREDLs motion. Please make sure there is a copy for us when we arrive.
And let me know ASAP if you will have any problem fulfilling this request.
