St. Lucie TFPI Report In your report section.02, you say that the 6 oil-filled transformers were located in three different fire areas yet you lumped them all together as a finding in FA-C. Each fire area will need to be separately evaluated in the SDP and thus need to be disassociated from only FA-C in the report. (I thought you said the transformer issue only affected the fire areas selected during this inspection. Since you also have them In FA-A and FA-QQ, and you have a separate finding on manual actions, you will need to assess the manual operator action viability for these areas as well as part of the SDP. We'll talk next week.)
Anyway, I'm going to reorganize your report to have two findings but with their own introductions. When you do the SDP, you'll need to combine the findings, by fire area, as you do the analysis. Also your enforcement sections are pretty long winded (see sample report). I'll try to cut them down some.
