Gentlemen:
Reference (A) (the 'Order") requires implementation of compensatory measures to improve access authorization programs at operating power reactors, including San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3. Southern California Edison has now achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachment 2 of the Order.
This letter serves as the report required by Condition III.C.2 of the Order.
