CORRECTED ISSUANCE OF RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NOS. NPF-9 AND NPF-17 FOR MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2
Dear Mr. Tuckman:
On December 5, 2003, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued renewed licenses for McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. Subsequently, your staff identified errors in the Technical Specifications (TS) included with the renewed licenses for Units 1 and 2. Due to administrative errors, TS pages 5.1-1, 5.2-3, 5.3-1, and 5.7-1 were issued under Amendment Nos. 184 and 166 instead of the correct Amendment Nos. 213 and 194. Enclosed are the corrected TS pages for Units 1 and 2. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
