Harris fp call 2/13 I got the call. (Duncan, Caves, Morton)
- 1. They want to set up a meeting to discuss their plans, schedule and root cause evaluation associated with their fire protection program.
-- 2T2hey-disagree-with-the-characterization-in-the-report-of inadequate-corrective-action associated with the ACP room:
a) They planned to ask for a deviation for these manual actions b) The modification to accept these manual actions was still a work in progress (pending a above) c) They have maintained the compensatory measure of a fire watch in this area since the issue first started.
d) New info-They don't think a loop would occur for a fire in the room. (We had some specific concerns with a subset of the manual actions associated with post-loop fire recovery.)
When I questioned them on whether the procedure implementing the manual actions was a valid procedure that they expected would be used, they said yes.
We can talk about this more upon your RTP.
