DBNPS Cycle 14 Mid-Cycle Outage Work Scope
Dear Mr. Caldwell:
As discussed during November 12, 2003 USNRC Oversight Panel Public Meeting, this letter provides information regarding the preliminary work scope for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) upcoming Cycle 14 Mid-Cycle Outage. This submittal transmits the current Level One Schedule, Attachment 1, with the Cycle 14 Mid-Cycle Outage target of 1 st Quarter 2005. This is contingent on submittal and approval of the License Amendment Request (LAR 03-001 9) to extend the Steam Generator (S/G) Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 3/4.4.5 to permit a one time extension of the S/G tube inservice inspection interval. If this one-time LAR is not approved the Mid-Cycle will begin spring 04 as detailed in Attachment 1.
