dated May 28, 2003, License Amendment Request:
Revision to Technical Specification P-T Curves In Reference (a), Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant requested an amendment to the Renewed Operating Licenses to revise the Unit 1 and Unit 2 cooldown curves, to change the range of temperatures for which a cooldown rate of 1000F/hr is acceptable. We request a delay in the implementation of this amendment for 120 days after approval to support Unit 1 2004 refueling outage activities.
This information does not affect the Determination of Significant Hazards or the Environmental Assessment in the referenced letter.
