MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - MEETING CATEGORY 1 - WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT - DOCKET NOS. 50-390, 50-391
Dear Mr. Scalice:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Ricky Stockton of your staff and Mr. Robert Carrion of this office in October. Mr. Stockton finalized arrangements for a management meeting, designated as a Public Meeting Category 1, for December 8, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Watts Bar plant performance and planned major projects, and is being conducted at your request. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T20. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with "NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings", May 28, 2002. Should you have any questions concerning this meeting, please contact me at 404-562-4520.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
