- Exemption from the Requirements of 10 CFR part 55, Section 55.59 (TAC NO. MB9127),' dated June 27, 2003 Reference 1) requested a one-time schedular exemption to extend the Licensed Operator Requalification Program scheduled to complete on June 30, 2003. Reference
- 2) granted an extension to 90 days past the conclusion of an on-going labor strike, not to exceed December 31, 2003.
This letter is to inform you that the labor strike was resolved and personnel returned to work on August 11, 2003. Licensed Operator Requalification Program requirements' were subsequently completed on November 6, 2003.
