- Ben, As an example, the review and approval for Exelon, was started with the initial submittal on July 1, 2002, and ended with the final approval on March 20, 2003. As you can see just about 9 months.

EOF Relocation Ray and Ben, The key components of getting a submittal of this type reviewed will consist of the following:
Review of the submittal Review of applicable guidance Request for additional information(RAI) questions Teleconference with licensee regarding RAI questions Response from the licensee to RAI questions An exercise conducted by the licensee to determine their ability to function wla dual event coordinated with the support of the Regional Inspectors and Headquarters and under the direction of the Commission Review of the exercise and possibly additional RAI's A Commission paper Approval or denial by the Commission History has shown that projects of this nature are originally given a due date of 1 year, but are completed prior to the year, if we can complete this task earlier we will. Therefore adue date of Aprilwith asubmittal of
