The attachment contains the email that has been sent between myself and Ben George, Manager, Nuclear Licensing, Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. This email was sent following a conversation that we had about the completion schedule for the relocation of the Emergency Operations Facility for Hatch, Farley and Vogtle. This email contains the process for the review of a relocation request and a brief discussion about another recent relocation review, thereby, given an indication of the projected completion schedule for the Southern Nuclear submittal. This memorandum and the attached email do not convey or represent an NRC staff position regarding the licensees request.
