Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.4, Constellation Generation Group, LLC (CGG), on behalf of its licensees Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. (Calvert Cliffs) and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (Nine Mile Point), hereby submits the required response to Condition III.C.2 of-Nuclear Regulatbry Commission (NRC) Order EA-03-038 (Reference a) (hereinafter, the Order). Calvert Cliffs and Nine Mile Point have achieved full compliance with the requirements embodied in Attachment 2 of the Order as described in our initial response (Reference b), supplemental response (Reference c), and subsequent relief and understandings letter (Reference d).
