As the individual formerly responsible for the overall preparation of R.E.
Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Application for Renewed Operating, Volume 2, Appendix E - Environmental Report (RG&E, 2002), 1 have reviewed the Subject Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and discussed my comments with the appropriate RG&E personnel. For your information, I have subsequently reviewed RG&
ErFOs comments on the Subject DSEIS (dated September 15, 2003), and have found that all of my concerns have been adequately incorporated therein.
