FNP Aging Management Program Past Precedent Reviews

> Per your request, past precedent determinations are being prepared for FNP
> Aging Management Programs (AMPs) to assist the staff.
> Past precedent reviews are being prepared for AMPs that are consistent with
> GALL with exception(s), and for plant-specific AMPs. We have included a
> summary table that categorizes each FNP Aging Management Program
> (consistent with the application). Note that the Note 1 programs are
> treated as GALL programs.
> All but two (2) of the AMP past precedent reviews have been completed to
> date and are attached. The past precedent review information has not been
> through an internal review, and is provided as information only to assist
> the staff. The remaining two (2) AMP past precedent reviews, Fuel Oil
> Chemistry Control Program and the NiCrFe Component Assessment Program,
> should be completed tomorrow.
> In addition, we have started work on developing past precedent for the LRA
> Section 3 aging management review information. We hope to provide you our
> initial efforts late next week.
