SHEARON HARRIS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. MB6494)
Dear Mr. Scarola:
By letter dated September 26, 2002, you applied for an amendment to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1, Facility Operating License No. NPF-63. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to missed surveillance in Surveillance Requirement 4.0.3 and the requirement for Technical Specification Bases control program in Administrative Control Section 6.16. Subsequently, by letter dated August 29, 2003, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
