Dear Ms. Mozafari:
This letter is written in reply to Ms. Eileen Dunnington's February 13 letter requesting clarification if Florida wished to receive copies of NRC issued license amendments. Florida does not wish to receive a copy of the NRC issued license amendments. In addition, we do not need notification prior to issuing a license amendment. We wish to continue the current longstanding practice concerning prior notification.
With the availability of electronic documents, we do not need to receive paper copies. Should this availability change we may reconsider our position.
