NUREG-1759, Safety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, Units 3 and 4.
Please review the e-mail sent to Linda Stevenson, and forward a confirmatory statement approving a release of NUREG-1759 for publication. Consistent with the Commission's Comments on COMSECY-01 -0030, dated January 25, 2002, NUREG-1 759 contain no secret, classified, proprietary, or sensitive material that should restricted and withheld from the public. Publication of this NUREG is consistent with NUREG Safety Evaluation Reports that have previously been released to the public for publication (i.e., NUREG-1 705 for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; NUREG-1 743 for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1; and NUREG-1723 for Oconee Nuclear Station Units 1, 2, and 3; and NUREG-1803 for the Edsin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2).
