Greetings, I am updating the Davis Besse Reactor Vessel Head Degradation web site and I need to post the following items as references:
Information Notice 2001-005: Through-Wall Circumferential Cracking of Reactor Pressure Vessel Head Control Rod Drive Mechanism Penetration Nozzles at Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 3 Generic Letter 97-001: Boric Acid Corrosion of Carbon Steel Reactor Pressure Boundary Components in PWR Plants Generic Letter 88-005: Boric Acid Corrosion of Carbon Steel Reactor Pressure Boundary Components in PWR Plants All three files are attached in pdf format. I request a review of these items to get them up in support of Bulletin 2002-01.
