Duke Energy Corporation Oconee Nuclear Station Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. 50-269/270/287 McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369/370 Catawba Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-413/414 Duke Energy Corporation Nuclear Security and Contingency Plan Submittal of Revision 15 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed are four copies of Revision 15 to the Duke Energy Corporation Nuclear Security and Contingency Plan. The effective date of Revision 15 is August 31, 2003. The changes reflected in Revision 15 are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
A Synopsis of Changes is included to facilitate review. Details regarding implementation of each change are documented and available for inspection. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Nuclear Security and Contingency Plan.
Revision 15 does not contain Safeguards Information and is not subject to 10 CFR 73.21 restrictions.
However, Revision 15 does contain licensee physical protection information. Therefore, Duke Energy Corporation requests that Revision 15 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).
