In the Reference 1 letter, Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted a request for revision to the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Technical Specifications.

In support of that application, we submitted a General Electric Co. (GE) technical report (GE-NE-A22-00100-08-01-Rl), which GE requested in a sworn affidavit, be treated as proprietary and withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and 2.790(a)(4). A redacted, non-proprietary version of that report suitable for public disclosure (GE-NE-A22-00100-08-01a-RI) was also provided.

During the Staffs review of our application, GE agreed to re-review this report for the information to be withheld from public disclosure. As a result of that review, GE has prepared new, replacement revisions for both the proprietary and non-proprietary reports (attached). Technical changes have been made in the report content, consistent with our responses to the Staffs questions, as documented in References 2 and 3. Finally, GE requests that the superceded revisions be destroyed.

The enclosed report (GE-NE-A22-00100-08-01-R2) contains proprietary information as defined by 10 CFR 2.790. GE, as the owner of the proprietary information, has executed the enclosed affidavit (Attachment 3), which identifies that the enclosed proprietary information has been handled and classified as proprietary, is customarily held in confidence, and has been withheld from public disclosure. GE hereby requests that the enclosed proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 3277 DAEC Road
