Dear Sir or Madam:
As indicated in Reference 1, this letter withdraws the Southern Califomia Edison Relief Request MNSA-2-Cycle 12, which was submitted to the NRC on January 24, 2003 (Reference 2). SCE did not need to install a MNSA-2 during the second 10-year inservice inspection interval, which ended on August 17,2003.
