This submittal is being sent to ensure the NRC data library used for ERDS has incorporated the revisions to these three figures.
10 CFR 50 Appendix E, section VI, "Emergency Response Data System," item 3.a, states that any hardware and software changes that affect the transmitted data points identified in the ERDS Data Point Library must be submitted to the NRC within 30 days after the changes are completed. Contrary to the above, the changes to the reactor coolant system (RCS) flow ERDS data point, submitted herein, were completed on May 17, 2003. This issue has been entered into the corrective action program.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.4, two additional copies of this letter and attachment are hereby submitted to Region Ill. Also, as required, one copy of this letter and attachment is submitted to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant NRC Senior Resident Inspector.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
