CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL/REQUALIFICATION OPERATOR LICENSE EXAMINATIONS
Dear Mr. Skolds,
In a telephone conversation on June 17, 2003, between Mr. D. McNeil of my staff and Mr.
J. Bartlett, Quad Cities Station Training Manager, it was confirmed that Quad Cities Nuclear Generating Station had no requests for initial license examinations for the calendar year 2004.
Mr. McNeil and Mr. Bartlett also confirmed that the station is not scheduled for a licensed operator requalification training program inspection (IP 71111.11B) until the calendar year 2005.
During the conversation Mr. Bartlett stated that he would like to schedule an examination during the month of April 2005. Mr. McNeil advised him that he should send a written request as soon as possible to schedule the examination as we have already filled our examination schedule through March 2005. If you have any questions concerning this information, please contact Mr.
B. Palagi of my staff at 630-829-9611.
