Letter from P. E. Katz (CCNPP) to Document Control Desk (NRC), dated May 9, 2003, same subject We request the withdrawal of Change 8 described in Reference (a). The requested change dealt with clarifying references to 10 CFR Part 20 in the Technical Specifications. No program changes were proposed.
We will consider adopting the wording of TSTF-258, Revision 4 to clarify Technical Specification references to 10 CFR Part 20 at some point in the future. No program changes are proposed. This withdrawal request does not affect the clean, typed Technical Specification pages sent to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Reference (b). Additionally, this withdrawal request does not adversely affect the information supplied in the No Significant Hazards Determination in Reference (a).
