This will acknowledge receipt of a letter from G. P. Barnes, Site Vice President, LaSalle County Station, of your staff dated October 11, 2002, in response to our letter dated September 12, 2002, transmitting information associated with a licensee employees intentional failure to submit to a required Fitness-for-Duty test on June 25, 2001. We have reviewed the results of your investigation and have no further questions at this time.
