SUMMARY

OF/REASON FOR CHANGE /

Correction of premature incorporation of text wording. The text in the instruction's Tab E is not scheduled to be there until late June 2003. The correction will make the letter Tab E match the method in numeric Tab 4.

The methodology in Tab 4 is correct and would have enabled correct calculation of PAG fraction and correct use of the PAR process.

The change in w6fding of Tab E is considered administrative because it provides dlrection to use the method in Tab 4, which is correct. The premature incorporation of wording may lead to confusion among users, so should be corrected. (Wording approximately the same as what isthere now will be placed back into the procedure at about the end of June 2003, consistent with changes then to the methodology in Tab 4.)
