WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) - NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT NO. TN0020168 - DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT (DMR) FOR APRIL 2003, APRIL 2003 BIOTOXICITY TESTING, & NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE Enclosed are two copies of the Discharge Monitoring Report for the month of April 2003. Also enclosed is a copy of a Notice of Noncompliance for toxicity at the Construction Runoff Holding Pond, Outfall 112 and two copies of each initial biotoxicity test performed in April. A copy of the repeat biotoxicity test at Outfall 112 conducted April 27-May 2 will be submitted with the next DMR along with an updated toxicity DMR for Outfall 112.
