Dear Mr. Skolds:
This will acknowledge receipt of a letter from R. J. Hovey, Site Vice President, Dresden Nuclear Power Station, of your staff dated April 30, 2003, in response to our letter dated April 3, 2003, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with a licensee employee closing a security-related record in an improper manner. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective action will be examined during future inspections.
