Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 2002 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report Attached is one CD-ROM containing one copy of the Catawba Nuclear Station 2002 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report that report covers operation of Catawba Units 1 and 2 during the 2002 calendar year. This report is provided pursuant to the requirements of Catawba Nuclear Station Technical Specification 5.6.2 and Selected Licensee Commitment 16.11-16.1. The CD-ROM is provided based on the guidance found in NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2001-05, "Guidance on Submitting Documents to the NRC by Electronic Infornation Exchange or on CD-ROM." RIS 2001-05 waives the requirement that licensees receive case by case approval required by 10CFR50.4 for submittal by electronic information exchange (EIE) or by CD-ROM.
There are no commitments contained in this submittal.
