US NRC ST LUCIE RESIDENT 772-461-4622 p.10 ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE STATUS:
Two loggerhead sea kirtes captured in the intake canal were sent for rehabilitation 12/16.
One was very lethargic and encrusted with barnacles and the other had lost a flipper, possibly to a shark, that was not fully healed. All notifications were made as necessary.
Neither was causally related to plant operation.
