By letter dated April 16, 2003, you provided a revised Technical Specification (TS) bases page regarding the standby liquid control system. To ensure that all persons on our mailing list are aware of the TS bases change, and that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the licensee have identical TS bases pages, the TS bases page you provided is enclosed.
