HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION - ISSUANCE OF CHANGE TO BASES PAGE (TAC NO. MB8762)
Dear Mr. Anderson:
By letter dated March 21, 2003, you requested that we incorporate a change to Technical Specifications (TSs) Bases page B 3/4 6-1 for the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS). The change corrects an error that was incorporated in the Bases with the issuance of Amendment No. 134, on October 3, 2001. The correction changes a sentence that reads, in part,...when tested at 5 psig and corrected to Pa... to read...when tested at 5 psig and corrected to 25 psig.... We understand that you have reviewed this change in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.59. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has no objection to this change. The enclosed TS page is being distributed for inclusion in the HCGS TSs.
