This letter is to notify you that your company has a delinquent debt with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. On March 10, 2003, you were issued Invoice No. RS0204-03 in the amount of $211,908.00. Your payment of $211,908.00 was received on April 14, 2003, which was after the 30-day interest waiver period had expired. After applying the payment, there is a remaining balance due of $527.51 (see enclosure). The balance due represents interest and administrative charges. You are requested to remit $527.51 within 30 days from the date of this letter.
On March 10, 2003, you were issued Invoice No. RS0121-03 in the amount of $192,886.00.
Your payment of $192,886.00 was received on April 14, 2003, which was after the 30-day interest waiver period had expired. After applying the payment, there is a remaining balance due of $480.61 (see enclosure). The balance due represents interest and administrative charges. You are requested to remit $480.61 within 30 days from the date of this letter. Your total balance due is $1,008.12 please reference invoice number.
