Reference:
Proprietary Version of Caldon, Inc. Engineering Report: ER-290, "Bounding Uncertainty Analysis for Thermal Power Determination at Indian Point Unit 2 Nuclear Power Station Using the LEFMI System", Revision 2, Transmitted by Entergy letter NL-03-058 dated April 3, 2003.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Caldon hereby authorizes the NRC to place in the NRC's internal non-public ADAMS system a copy of the proprietary version of the above-referenced report. This authorization extends only to the report's placement therein for the NRC's internal use. The document may not be released to the public, for the reasons set forth in the 10 C.F.R. § 2.790 affidavit that accompanied its submittal to the NRC by the referenced April 3, 2003, letter.
The non-proprietary version of that report, along with the transmittal letters for both reports and the 10 C.F.R.§2.790 affidavit (upon removal from the proprietary report) may, of course, be placed in the NRC's public ADAMS system.
