VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 COMPLETION INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE ORDER FOR COMPENSATORY MEASURES RELATED TO ACCESS AUTHORIZATION DATED JANUARY 7, 2003 On January 7, 2003, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Order requiring compensatory measures (CMs) related to access authorization for all operating nuclear power reactor licensees. Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted an answer to the Order on January 27, 2003 (Serial No.03-066).

Dominion provided additional information in a letter dated March 25, 2003 (Serial No.03-66A).

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that North Anna Power Station is in compliance with CM B.1.1 of the January 7, 2003 Order. Our actions to comply with CM B.1.1 are described in our answer to the Order.
