LCO 3.7.11 APPLICABILITY:
The SFPEVS shall be OPERABLE and in operation.
During movement of recently irradiated fuel assemblies in the I Auxiliary Building.
ACTIONS CONDITION REQUIRED ACTION COMPLETION TIME A.
