To discuss two relaxation requests regarding reactor pressure vessel head nozzle ultrasonic inspection and head surface visual inspection at St. Lucie Unit 2 for the upcoming spring outage. See FPL letter dated March 28, 2003 (ADAMS Accession No. ML030910160).
