Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555-0001 Seabrook Station Request for Review and Issuance Date Change for Refueling Outage Related License Amendment Requests 02-03, 02-04, 02-05, 02-06. 02-07, and 02-08 FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC (FPLE Seabrook) has rescheduled its 2003 Refueling Outage (OR09) to commence on October 4, 2003, one week earlier than the previous date of October 11, 2003.
